Clean Hands: Arabic proofreading

Clean Hands is a free food safety project for people in the UK who are still learning English. It makes picture-led flyers and a small website.

Please proofread the existing Arabic translation. You don't need to translate from scratch.

What's in this pack:
- "Clean Hands - Arabic proofreading.xlsx": every line (184 rows), with the English next to the Arabic.
- 4 flyer images in Arabic (Levels 1 to 3 and the 14 allergens), so you can see each line in context.
- The same 4 flyers in English, for comparison.

For each row:
1. Choose OK or Change in column E.
2. If Change, write your corrected Arabic in column F. Please keep it about the same length, because it has to fit the flyer.
3. Add any comment in column G.

Please check that each line is:
- correct and natural
- easy to understand for someone with basic reading skills
- right for the UK (for example, how food labels and fridges are described here)

Please don't change:
- numbers or temperatures
- the English words "Use by" and "Best before" (UK labels are in English)
- organisation names: Food Standards Agency, NHS, Safer Food Better Business
Modern Standard Arabic, for speakers of all dialects. Numbers show left to right (e.g. 75°C).
